Who we are?

Maham was initially founded as a professional establishment registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the city of Dammam under C.R. number 2050240744 and license number 13507, and has been specialized since its inception in providing zakat and tax services. It was established in 2018 by the certified public accountant, Abdulaziz Saud Al Shabeebi, holding a record of more than a quarter of a century of professional experience with one of the international accounting firms operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In August 2021, the Establishment has been converted into a professional limited liability company. This conversion was not only limited to the legal form, rather it extended the range of quality services offered by Maham to its clients to cover audit and assurance services, internal audit services, as well as financial and managerial advisory services in general. Such change enables Maham to be an integrated professional services company that can provide distinguished solutions based on quality, independence, and transparency in addition to providing value added solutions to its clients as a corner stone.

Maham’s philosophy in the provision of its services stems from its brand name, which is why it treats every professional service that it decides to accept as a mission and not just a job. It seeks to display a performance level according to the highest professional standards after studying each case independently and looking for appropriate solutions thereto. It also involves the direct participation and supervision by its founder and the assistance of a team of executives with diverse and complementary expertise as one of Maham’s key quality factors.

Before converting Maham from an office that provided only zakat and tax services to a professional services company that provides audit, assurance, internal audit, financial and managerial advisory services, Maham was able to achieve great successes evidenced by the list of its clients consisting of family groups and international companies holding a prominent position in the national economy, which Maham was honoured to and continue to serve in order to earn their trust.
